Moving On

It can’t have escaped anyone’s notice that aside from the series of articles entitled Exposing the AoL Brainwashing Machinery, activity on the blog has been very quiet of late. There are two very good reasons for this.

Firstly, neither myself nor Bloggisatwa really have a great deal of time to dedicate to running the blog, which is in and of itself a fairly time-consuming task. Secondly, we are both in agreement that there isn’t really a great deal more that either of us can say with regards to Art of Living. Everything that ever needed to be said has been covered more than adequately across both KLIM and Skywalker’s blogs, and to some extent within this blog.

When I set this blog up after Skywalker froze his blog in July 2012, one of the main reasons for doing so was that I wanted to get the series of articles on brainwashing in AoL published somewhere, and so this seemed like the best way to go about this. Now that this series is complete, I have very little if anything else to say on this subject, and as such the time has come to finally move on and say goodbye.

And this is exactly what I would like to recommend to everyone who visits these blogs. Simply, to spend as much time as you need reading what you feel is important, and once you are done, move on.

It is so easy to get caught up in much of what is written here, and I have seen this both in myself and in many others who have visited these blogs over the years, both in those who support these blogs and in those who are opposed to them. Whoever you are and whatever your reason for visiting, take what you need and once you’re done, get on with life and live it as best you can. Lingering here really is not good for anyone.

I am busy working on a closing post for the blog which will summarize the main points of what has been contributed to the three blogs since 2009, and which will act as an introduction for new visitors to the blog. This will hopefully be published within the next few weeks.

After this, the blog will be FROZEN for commenting. I will still check the email address in the disclaimer at the top, although this will happen very infrequently, most likely less than once a month.

For those of you who still want to take in the latest gossip surrounding Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and the Art of Living, here are some links to a number of sites which are being updated ongoing at the time of writing.

And I’m sure you’ll find plenty more if you look hard enough.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has ever contributed to these blogs in one form or another. In the first place to Klim, Skywalker and Whistleblower who between started this whole thing and let the cat out of the bag for all to see, to Doctor who ran Skywalker’s blog until it’s freeze, to Peaceful Warrior, Ronin, Sincere Seeker, Independent Observer, Prosecutor, Original and Sincere Seeker, and a whole host of other major contributors to the blogs, and of course my co-moderator on this blog Bloggisatwa. To so many other people who have contributed to these blogs over the years but who I have not mentioned by name, I am sorry but it is only because there are so many of you and I have not been able to remember everyone’s names, a big thanks for all your efforts. And yes, even to those of you who are opposed to what we are doing here, it’s obvious from much of what you wrote that it was far from easy for you to take in what was written here and it is obvious that many of you are really confused about what to believe. I hope that you too will take something useful away with you, whatever it may be.

And now mes amis, real life beckons and not another moment to lose. I bid you all farewell and good luck whatever your respective futures hold!

Peace,

Obi-Wan

On this page, you will be able to see a post titled “News and Updates”. The link is as follows:

If you check on this link, you will be able to see (in reverse chronological order), exactly which post has been added to our blog with the relevant link.

It works like a ‘book’ and you can click the ‘next’ and ‘previous’ buttons respectively to navigate as needed.

    @obi-wan,

Thank you for the efforts that went towards the creation and maintenance of this blog. Best wishes for the future.
BTW it appears that many posts in the earlier blog maintained by The Doctor have been blocked by the Department of Telecommunications in India. Not surprising since HHSSRS has contacts in every nook and cranny of the Indian bureaucracy.
Anyways, thanks once more for the humongous efforts and peace be with all contributors to this blog.

My last post on the blog which was the stimulus for so much of my learning.
I’ve had many differences of opinion with many people including Obi-Wan regarding whether or not AOL is a Hindu Organist or not. I still stand by my statement that AOL is an out and out Hindu organisation that converts people to the Hindu way of thought i.e belief in karma and resolving one’s karma through the guru’s grace to achieve moksha or final relief which is nothing but merging one’s soul into the supersoul. ( All unfalsifiable stuff just like all other religious theology).
No matter whether someone agrees or disagrees the matter has been discussed on the previous two blogs :
    http://artoflivingfree.blogspot.in/2009/11/god-is-indian-more-precisely-hindu.html
    http://aolfree.wordpress.com/2011/07/16/deconstructing-religion-a-memetic-perspective/

Readers can come to their own unimposed decision.

And in my last bit of communication I’d like to present how someone skilled in the art and science of getting people to believe in the non existent can give profound religious aka spiritual experiences, courtesy Mr. Derren Brown. Here he is at his very best :

Thanks to Obi-Wan and The Doctor, Bravo to KLIM and Skywalker, Best Wishes and farewell to all.

    Dear Friends,

We apologize profusely for all the confusion caused because of us hosting our blog on the writer’s cafe. We have now solved this problem once and for all by hosting a blog on blogspot. It is as easy to comment on as Obi-wan’s blog.

Here’s the link to our blog on blogspot:

Please feel free to read and/or comment on all posts.

    Thanks and regards,

    Dear All,

My friend Invisible Indian just posted the following page :

    http://www.writerscafe.org/writing/invisibleindian/1230012/

Here’s the text on the page :

Shocking ! Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Reveals His Lunacy And Criminal Tendencies Yet Again !

    A Story by invisible indian

    ” RATED MATURE ”

This post is RATED MATURE. I haven’t used the rating feature of this site because it prevents people who are not logged in from reading. So, in case you are not over 18, turn away RIGHT NOW. Thank you.

    Hey Everyone,

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s shocking tweets on the Asaram Bapu episode reveal his lunacy and criminal tendencies yet again.

Here’s the text of two tweets :

“If you’re a public figure & have made a mistake, you must publicly admit it. People have bigger hearts than you think. They’ll forgive & forget.”

    and

“When men with high caliber & integrity make a mistake, they would punish themselves much more severely than the laws.”

The related report can be read at :

    http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/admit-mistake-people-will-forgive-sri-sri-tweet-seems-aimed-at-asaram-bapu-412183

This is what I want to say to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar :

    Really, Mr. Ravi Shankar ?

Have you ever apologized to all the people who reported agony and anguish caused by you and the Art of Living Foundation ?

And, why should people forgive and forget your lunacy and your criminal tendencies ?

You need to be institutionalized in a lunatic asylum with no access to society so that you can be prevented from causing the agony and anguish that you cause.

But I know you won’t get this because you are such a serious case of Narcissistic Personality Disorder that you are saying that Asaram Bapu belongs to the category of —

“men with high caliber & integrity”.

Not just that, you say that such people —

“would punish themselves much more severely than the laws”.

So should the law back off ? Is that what you mean ? Are you also saying that the law does not apply equally ?

And, since you tom tom your knowledge of Hinduism, what exactly is the “prayashchit” that you’re recommending ?

Should Asaram Bapu merely apologize, and be left to determine how he punishes himself, because you say so ?

Do you not live in India ?

Do Indian laws do not apply to you and to Asaram Bapu ?

And, how come you don’t practice what you preach ? Have you forgotten all the posts in Skywalker’s blog ? Have you forgotten how much money you paid to silence him and KLIM ?

I suppose by now you simply cannot fathom what I’m saying, so I’ll stop now. I’ll simply write an open letter to Mr. Narendra Modi one day. I’d like to see what he has to say about you, your lunacy, and your criminal tendencies.

    ………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Those of you who are around Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and in a position to get him proper psychiatric treatment but silent need to whip yourselves till you wake up.

Not only are you harming him by not getting him institutionalized in a lunatic asylum at the earliest, you are an accessory to crimes he commits. You are perpetrators of the agony and anguish he inflicts because of suffering from Narcissistic Personality Disorder (among other things).

Those of us who have suffered must express our gratitude to the one who helped us wake up from saffron terror aka traumatic brainwashing.

    I’m indebted to Skywalker.

    More in a bit… stay peaceful…

    Sincerely,

    Invisible Indian
